The Kannada Film Producers Association that has seen some tremendous changes in the leadership of Munirathna Naidu is heading for another election.

On 24th of November the elections to the KFPA is scheduled as KFCC election is scheduled for 26th of October. In order to make it very neat and tidy the date of election has been postponed.

Munirathna Naidu and team took office in August 2011 and done some fine job. From last 27 years the KFPA was not registered and it was first done by the committee of Naidu. 29 complications that came were solved, Insurance to 250 producers have been made and the renewal is also in progress, out of 1100 members there are nearly 250 active producers and the By Law related to KFPA was passed, The safety of producers was ensured in this period of two years. The consideration of producer is only after Censor certificate of film is brought to the notice of KFPA is another guideline set up.

‘I am not contesting for the election’ disclosed Member of Legislative Assembly Munirathna Naidu. I have more responsibilities in the Congress-I party as the Lok Sabha Elections are on the anvil informed Munirathna Naidu. Naidu it is learnt is doing good job for his people when he was a councilor.

On Gandhi Jayanthi Day at the KFPA office situated at SV Towers the media was addressed on this occasion. Secretary of the KFPA Soorappa Babu, K Manju, NM Suresh, Praveen, Ramesh Yadav and others were present.

After the formal media address MLA and producer Munirathna Naidu expressed that my friend K Manju is the right man to occupy the seat.
